    Is there a way to keep vibration alerts for telephone while simultaneously keeping vibration alerts on for e-mails? Verizon has advised that this is a noted issue because adjustments aren't holding?

    Sorry, what is the question? Verizon noted an issue with..? Your profiles dictate when and for what your device will vibrate and/or ring.

    How do you turn off vibration alerts for e-mail while keeping vibration alerts on for phone calls? Verizon has advised that this is apparently a known issue that should be fixed when software is updated. Thoughts on whether Verizon might be ill informed?
