I've been known to drop a phone or two ... how do you think this phone will hold up to 4-5 ft. drops? What can I do prevent disasters when I drop the phone?

I suggest getting a protective case. Also get insurance, its truly a life saver. I could test out the durability as insurance would cover it but this phone is too gorgeous. I'm sure braver(see crazier) men than I will have drop tests of this phone up in a few weeks

Idk about the tour, but my storm is an effing tank!

Its been splashed, sat on, dropped, I even wrecked my motorcycle with it in my pocket and it took a direct blow to the asphalt with all my weight on top of it and I have yet to have a single problem with it. I can only hope my tour is built as well.

A real case (not one of those pansy silicone sleeves) is your best option. If the case does not have a screen protector built in, be sure to add one of those as well. As for insurance, it was a worthwhile investment when the monthly charge was $6 and the deductible was $50 but at $8 a month and a $90 deductible, I can no longer recommend the VZW/Asurion coverage.

I recommend you drop your Tour onto solid ground multiple times from different heights.

Then report back to us. You will be doing the community a great service!

    Thanks in advance
