Hi Guys,

I have BES Express server, a new Tour, etc. I have my calendar and email syncing my phone with my desktop, but for some reason when I add a contact to my computer it will not sync to my phone. Any ideas? When I go into contacts/options/desktop there is nothing available for Wireless Synchronization in the contact list properties. It says not available. I thought that BES Express would sync contacts.

Yeah if you have a GMail acct.. you can download Google Sync, and it will enable 2way contact sync between your blackberry and the GMail server.. Just like Verizon's Backup Assistant for thier standard phones..

What version is your BES server? I had that problem at the company I currently work for and it turned out that their BES server was stupid old and was only capable of syncing mail.

Where would I find that information? I just got it in June, but I don't know if there's been an update since then. Am I supposed to update it?
