i am getting real tired of people complaining about their tours and how they seem to be the worst thing on the face of the planet. so i just want to know, how many people like their tour? i have had mine a few months, and i love it. came from an 8330, and the difference is unbelievable to me! so c'mon guys and gals, who else loves their tour?!

I Love my Tour as well. I have not had any problems with it. I loved my 8330 too. BlackBerry has been the most reliable phone I have had by far.

tours r like US presidents....you like'em at first but the you start getting used to all the bull$hit and start not liking it and hoping for the next release

I love my tour...left US Cellular to go to Sprint. The battery is not the best but for the features it offers, I am happy

Yea we don't get much in BlackBerry offers. Look at it this way when everyone else gets the Tour 2, we will be getting our upgrades just in time for the Tour 3

I love my Tour. Once I exchanged to one that has no trackball issues, it's been a great BB. Running .230 on it with 7.14 hybrid, it's even better.

went from 8330 to the 9630, back to the 8330 and it felt like a toy, then back to the tour and the screen, keyboard, speed etc are all so much better.

So far the tour has been top notch at our company. Mine has been great for the last month with no issues. I had the 8830 at one time, now that phone was bad...well not bad, it just barely had enough memory to run it's own OS, much less apps!

I have used just about ever phone on the market.

This phone is the best phone I've ever used and is only a trackpad and wifi away from being perfect. (aka the Tour 2)

You get a lot of complainers online. Trust me I worked as a mamager at a Sprint store and some people can just never be pleased.

I need to use a BlackBerry. CHECK

All roads lead to the Tour, no substitutes. Sure I'd love it to have Wi-Fi and a trackpad, but I love it for what it is, a fully functioning (super)smartphone.

Tour has been great for me for the most part. Wish I had some more features like threaded sms etc.. But guess I just have to wait for official release.

I love my tour. I got mine on September 1st and have never had an issue with it. I've since upgraded to 5.0.0.230 and like it even better. I came from winmo and I love the stability of the Blackberry.

Not sure where you been but most of us LOVE our Tour and is considered one of the top BBs by a lot of user. Its expected for a message board to have more negative then there are good ones because the good ones don't really need to post.

Love my Tour, track pad will be nice but I knew going in it would be available later same with wifi, its a great phone it will have OS 5.0 only down side I see is OS 4.7.1 isn't ready for prime time 552 errors are unacceptable, but yep I love my tour with OS 5.0 and the v7.11 hybrid.

i love my tour, i got it from craigslist so i took a chance that i wouldn't end up with any of the problems, and its been perfect its my first blackberry and i cant imagine going back to another phone (except for the tour 2 ha)

we should also remember that a lot of the posts here are for people that need help with something, which often leads to complaining. so just think about how many people aren't posting, those are the happy users in general

I came over from the 9550...boy what difference! I love the tour like it was a part of me! I loaded up the 5.0 os with some hybrid files and I don't think I've ever seen a blackberry with such fast responses, such a great radio, and such a nice looking screen!
