My tour rings once or twice then its a missed call. But NOT always. Sometimes I do get to actually walk across the room and answer it before going to VM. Is there a setting I need to change? or is my phone whacked?

Number of rings is basically set by verizon but I've also read that one of the "alert programs" that allows vibe and ring at the same time, may override and make phone ring only once.
