    I've used it so many times and I went to back it up today and it won't connect.

    It connects to my computer and everything fine. Device manager picks it up. I've tried a restart on both my phone and computer.

    I'm running 4.7 OS on my Tour and 5.0 DM.

    use dm version 4.6 and you will lose all your issues I bet

    I just uninstalled and then reinstalled DM 5.0 and it worked.

    Stupid, but it's fixed.
