I have a strange icon on my display. Just to the right of the speaker icon in the top left corner, I have the number one next to what looks like an upside down pair of binoculars, similar to: 1 o_o

Anyone know what this is?

Also, I looked through the Tour documentation and could not find something that explained the display, i.e., a figure with the phone display screen and explanations. Did I miss this?

I believe this to be a new voice mail indicator icon. I have the same one on mine that will not go away.

yes that is the VM indicator. check your messages and it should go away

I have found you can't just listen to the message to make the icon go away. you have to either delete it or save it

I had the same issue, even though there was not a new message. I just left myself a message, checked and deleted, and the icon finally went away.

I still wish there were a "legend" for all the symbols on the phone.
