I have a digital identity certificate that I have installed on my 9630 via the S/MIME installer for the Desktop Manager. I am able to attach certificates to an e-mail but am unable to digitally sign or encrypt any e-mail...

    Any thoughts/updates?

I've tried finding a solution to this as well, but have come up short. The S/MIME support package is intended to be used for BES only.

I know it doesn't make sense (if you have your private key loaded into the device keystore, and have the appropriate trust chains, and manually load the recipients public key, why CAN'T I encrypt a message to them?)

There would have to be a third party solution for this. If I didn't have a job, I would be able to give it a shot, but sigh, work ...
