    are there any differences of any kind in the tour depending on the carrier? for instance, a verizon tour vs. a sprint tour.

    Google Maps can use the internal GPS on a Verizon Tour. It cannot on a Sprint Tour. I don't know why, but the problem is well-documented.

    Supposedly its a google problem.... idk...but i flipping hate it!!!! I love google maps compared to bb maps

    yes, the verizon Tour had a dark chrome bezel around the phone. sprints does not and has the bright chrome, Verizon has a soft rubber battery door cover with a carbon fiber feel and look in the middle. Sprint does not and has a black shinny cover.

    as for the software of the phone..its pretty much the same on both
