I received my Tour 2 days ago and love it! I used to have the Pearl. There was a function that when you delete email on the BB it would ask you if you just wanted to delete it on the hand held or on both email and hand held.
On the Tour it just deletes on the BB not on my actual email app.
What am i doing wrong?
There is a setting when you set up your email : Synchonize delete items between this mailbox and my device and that is checked.
when viewing the list of your email messages, press the blackberry menu button to the left of the track ball, and select options. then select email reconciliation. in there there is the option to choose where to delete your email, on the handheld, on both, or prompt.
