Hi all, first time Blackberry owner here and I have to say the Tour is the best phone I have every had. Only one slight problem, my 3 day old Tour has a dead pixel near the top left of the screen that becomes very noticeable when the screen switches to the clock. I know this shouldn't bug me since the phone works great it is driving me nuts.. Seeing the phone is so new could I just go to a verizon store and ask them to replace it, and if so would they be able to transfer all my setting,apps,contacts, and my pin? Thanks to all
