    When I bought my tour a few weeks ago it was ok but nothing special. I finally got fed up with the trackball issues I'd been having and I exchanged it. My new one is perfect! I love this phone and I'm so glad I traded my old one in! I just wanted to have some positive feedback on the boards. This phone's been getting a lot of bad press lately. I LOVE my BlackBerry!
