    Since upgrading to 5.0 a few weeks back, my CNN icon no longer works. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, etc. No luck. Any suggestions?

    Clear your cookies and your cache, I have 5.0.0.419 and mine works fine.

    Not so much. The download goes fine,I change permissions, etc. When I go to launch it states "the protocol is not supported, try a different url". ??
