Hi..

Long time lurker, finally registered.

I have a 9630 that I had to warranty through Verizon.

Is there a way to clone my current device and reload it on the new one?

I tried the Desktop Manager backup function, and all my data, etc, gets reloaded but my theme, desktop background, etc, etc, etc, are all gone.

It took me forever to get my phone setup the way I like it, I'd hate to have to spend hours and hours setting it back up. Plus finding my theme again.. argh..

Any help with this?

Did you try the Device Switch Wizard in Blackberry Desktop Manager?
