Have an issue, clicking on the message icon does nothing, clicking on my other email icon does nothing. clicking on applications under advanced options seems to freeze the device

First of all, try a battery pull.

Ok. So are you only having issues clicking on those three items? Your messages folder, your specific email inbox icon, the the Applications option? Can you click on and select everything else without incident?

Yeah, im click on applications under advanced options in order to try and uninstall the bloomberg app i had just installed. it now just sitting frozen after clicking applications. did a battery pull and its coming back up now, but it keeps doing the same thing each time it reboots

working with a new phone, sorry didnt update. actually did battery pull again and now i seem to have ability to get into some of these items. its weird. im running 4.7.1.61, not sure if maybe an os update is in order?
