charging problem
My tour refuses to charge both via wall charger and usb cable, which are both working on other blackberries, if i remove the battery then plug a cable (wall charger or USB) it will show the charging light but with a battery is inserted it will display "the charging source connected to your blackberry device cannot charge your battery".

try chanding your OS
it is recognizing the charger so we know it is not the USB port
also please make sure you are using the charger(Wall) that came with the device, as ones from different phones/manufacturers might be causing the issue.
Also, try another battery if availableBIG UP BIG UP, ITS A STICK UP STICK UP

Pls how can I wipe and reload my BB OS without the battery inserted? Becoz the usb will not work when the device in ON wit a battery inserted

06-29-2012, 02:10 PM #4 That happened to me when I had my Tour. I used my PlayBook charger for it and it worked fine. If you have some other chargers, try them. Take it to Verizon, or who ever you have.
