I have heard of this problem with HTC devices, but never blackberry. Sounds to me like you are having software problems. What version OS are you running? Might be time to reinstall the OS and start fresh again.
Do you notice this happening all the time? Does it matter what charger you are using? A little more information would be nice.
OS 5.0 it doesnt happen all the time but too much for me and i have to do a battery pull.I.m using the charging that came with the phone so don't know about other chargers.
