I use Blackberry Tour 9630.

When we press and hold Menu Key for 2-3 seconds, we get right-left navigation menu showing all applications running in background.

I would like to personalize that menu as I do not use some default running applications at all. Since I dont have internet enabled on my phone, I tried to close browser, BBM applications but they still appear.

Is there a way to make them not appear?

I would appreciate either answer. Thanks in advance

No. There is not. Home, Browser, BBM, Messages, and Phone will always appear.

You can't close bbm, but you can uninstall it if you don't use it at all

Thanks for letting me know that there is no way to close those standard background apps.

Is anyone aware of Task Manager and task killer for Tour 9630 or there is any shortcut to bring up Task Manager?

I searched many sites for Task Manager and killer but could only find Task viewer. I know it will help me just little but I would still like to try "process killer" application. If anyone aware, please let me know
