Hello. My wife just received a BB Tour 9630 (VZ) from her employer. She currently uses a BB Curve 8350i (NXTL).
I would like to transfer all the contacts and apps from her 8350i to the 9630 via the computer, and continue to use the program to back up another 8350i and the 9630 ( I still use the 8350i).
My question is this; does the BB program and the BB's support this between carriers? I'd like to find out before I do something stupid here..

Is the work device on a BES?

Then you should be able to use the Device Switch Wizard to transfer the information from the old device to the new device.

And you will be able to use BlackBerry Desktop Manager to backup two different BlackBerry devices. The carrier(s) don't matter.
