    So I have a 9630 verizon unlocked. When people try to send me pictures I don't receive nothing but I can receive and send text messages. I put my sim card on another phone and I can receive pictures. Anyone knows any settings that may need to be change?

    MMS requires an active BlackBerry Data Plan on BlackBerry device.

    On what carrier are you using the device?
    Do you have the proper data plan?

    Similar issue here, I also have an unlocked 9630, I was sending and receiving SMS picture messages up to a few days ago. Then my world fell apart (Let my Kids play a game on the phone) I do not received pictures Via SMS anymore, Can someone please help. I have never had a data plan on this phone Just use it for SMS and phone calls
