Tried the Alt LGLG method but nothing. Is there another method to pull this up, so I can clear it out?

Interesting. Alt LGLG works for me with Verizon 4.7.1.61. But the log file is capped at a small size, either 200k or 400k (I've seen both quoted authoritatively by people who should know, but can't both be right), so it isn't really worth clearing.
