cant get my tour work on tigo Honduras edge problem

Im buying tour 9630, storm 9530, and 9550 on ebay, to resell them on my country, but im having some serious troubles when I try to connect them with the blackberry services with tigo, when I insert the sim card and wait until my cell phone loads it doesnt appear the registration message, but with claro and digicel I dont have this problem, it appears the registration message and brings up the EDGE without any problem, I really need some help on how can I make this cell phones works with tigo, im willing to give some $$ through paypal, to the person who guide on how to solve this.
