Well, I recently updated to Windows 7, something makes me think this is the cause of my problem. When I hook my blackberry to computer in mass storage mode and try to drag and drop the simplest file into the picture folder, everything freezes and eventually a message something like this pops up: "This folder does no exist, blah blah blah." Then my media card needs to be reformatted, so annoying! Don't even get me started on the desktop manager, that monstrosity freezes everytime I click on it. Auuuugh, what should I do? How will I get music back onto my bb?

Take the card out of the BlackBerry and use a card reader on your computer to load the files.
