At night I want my TEXT message sounds on, I have a teen child, BUT want my incoming email sound off, it keeps waking me up.
I called Verizon and after an hour of someone who had to read an manual, and put me on hold several times, was told there is a gliche for the new Tour. She told me to keep looking for an upgrade.
Has anyone had the same problem. Or does anyone one have a fix for that.
Also, I cannot text too well on it, I keep hitting the wrong keys, was the curve better for texting compared to this. I don't surf the web too often, just texting and email.
