I ahve no idea what happend to my phone but it just died.. i can make all the normal calls and sms, but I am unable to do my emails or get on the internet, I have a data plan.. any idea what I can do to resolve this?
First, if you haven't done so, start with a Battery Pull, With the power on, pull battery from your device, wait 30 seconds, reinstall. Let it reboot and see if that has cleared the problem.
Next,if that doesn't restore your data, go to Manage Connections>Mobile Network Options>Menu>Start Provisioning (you may also want to run the diagnostic).
if you still cannot log in to BIS, contact your carrier, they may be having another BIS issue again, there have been a few posts of people having problems in various areas.
