    I get this error message while loading up youtube on my browser...no idea how to fix it because no media program is running on my blackberry.

    You have pressed and held the BB button in and see that no background media or media type applications are running?

    With the phone ON, remove the battery for about 40 seconds and replace. See if that fixes it.

    What is battery pull? Im confused what you mean by battery pull do you mean pull out the battery? Or is it a file, application etc?

    Glad you figured it out. While there are some applications that can act like a battery pull, it does generally mean REMOVE the battery, wait some seconds and then reinstall it.
