Just got my Tour yesterday and I can not change my today screen buttons. I have read and a post stated that there should be an options to move the icons to the HOME screen which I do not see when I go to MOVE the icon. HELP!

On the home screen (with all the icons), move the ones you want in the dock to the top row in the order you want them.

First, welcome to the crack. Second, if you are talking about the main screen (six icons on the bottom) you can not move them from there. You need to hit the blackberry button and go to the screen with all the icons on it. From there, the top row is the one you see from the main screen. So whatever icons you want to see when you Berry awakes, put them in the top row. To move icons to folders, you hit the blackberry button from the screen with all the icons and select "move to folder". Then the different folders you have will be listed.
