Hi Everyone,

The caller ID is not working, it shows as unknown. The phone is unlocked, was previously on Bell, now a Rogers sim card is in it. Service works fine, but when someone other than a Rogers phone calls, it shows as unknown. Only Rogers numbers show up.

Any way to fix this?

are you currently subscribed to Rogers' callerID?

you might have to manually load the service books, but im not sure.

from other reading ive done is that it wont show the name.

yeah i am subscribed to their caller ID.

what do you mean manually override service books? How do I do this?
