    I just have a question about them I know there is the market place to buy them.

    But I was wondering, whats the easiest way to tell if it has a clean title?

    I got hosed once and I don't want it to happen again.

    I am just wanting to buy a BlackBerry Tour for Verizon, and not have to pay a lot.

    I am just worried about esn's and stuff.

    Get the ESN and ask carrier if it's clean.

    +1 to what willyg said. If a seller is unwilling to provide it, then dont even think about purchasing it. They are being shady. I got my used tour on ebay. it's flawless. Make sure to pay through Paypal so you have a trail.
