I just took my phone out of my pocket and the buttons aren't working. the trackball will let me move around home screen but not click on anything and the side buttons aren't working either. this is my 2nd tour, the screen went out on the first one...please help! ive done 3 batt pulls

first, did you do a battery pull and see if that fixes the problem? if it didnt fix the problem. sounds like you need to wipe the phone

this happened to my curve and was why i upgraded to the tour but i decided to leave my curve on for 2 days after drying it out and battery pulls didnt work since someone else said this worked for them as well. Once the battery died and i started to charge it the keys and everything started working again, so try draining the battery

u need to have it swapped for a new one or wipe it and see what happens!!
