on monday night, i dowloaded the leaked version of 5.0.0273 onto my phone. it worked fine for the first few hours but then messed up during the day (which could've been due to the bbm crashes) so i put 4.7.1.61 back on my phone and now the browser isn't working! it says "your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device." i really don't want to call verizon. any ideas on how to get my browser up and running again? thanks.

Have you tried a battery pull?

If that does not work, try resending your service books.

i've tried a few battery pulls, and i did another just for good measure. no dice.
how do you resend service books? thanks!

Setup > email settings > log in to email setup> blackberry button > service books > send service books
