i went on bb desktop manager and clicked on transfer info from one bb to another connected my pearl and loaded all the info than it said to plug in my new phone(tour) and i did and when i went to go check my screen it was white and says reload software with a pic of a radio, what do i do

yeah a white screen has been worked through before, just don't touch it yet and report back after it goes through it's power cycle.
