Bricked tour and blackberry protect issues

I bricked my phone last night and was able to get it back up but blackberry protect isn't restoring all my files and now the backup folder that I wanted isn't showing up on blackberry protect anymore.... Anyone have any answers or advice on this?

Nope i didnt backup before i wiped it

No, I mean from the blackberry protect
