Blackberry Wifi *URGENT*!!!!

Hello, so I just got my blackberry and whenever I try to connect to the wifi it says "unable to turn wifi radio on". At first I had no problems using the wifi then my blackberry went low on battery and I tried to connect it to the browser and it said that the battery was too low to use the wifi radio and ever since then my bb has been giving me problems with its wifi. I've tried everything the posts I've read have told me to do like doing a hard reset, soft reset, sending the service books to the blackberry, turning all connections off and on again and so much more, i'm going crazy! Someone please help me fix this problem

What phone do you have? It's not a 9630 because it doesn't even have a wifi radio...

I guess you should first find out why it says there is wifi.
Because i bet none of the posts have wifi problems on a 9630.
