I followed all the instructions on how to download the new sofware and still did not work i deleted the file i was supposed to and went to DM and it showed the new version 5.0 in the loader but wouldnt upgrade the software and now the 5.0 version isnt even in the uploader....please help

You should try to install the new OS with apploader instead of DM. Just go to folder where you deleted the vendor file and click on loader.exe, then follow the instructions.

^^^bingo, leaks dont agree with download manager, need to use your apploader

Mine for some reason will not show up on the loader. is there something maybe im doing wrong?

To add.. when i do the blackberry.alx or whatever, it says its not compatable with my device... ?? and i have used it before.

I did the update on my phone and noticed that the battery does not last as long as it used to.

I just downloaded it tonight. Ummm...what's the big deal here? Its no different than what I was running before except the threaded sms. No big deal. It wasn't worth the time it took to do it.
