Question time....

I've had a blackberry curve on tmobile and now I have the blackberry tour and am a little concerned. The phone resets itself constantly and I mean constantly. Today alone it has reset itself 15 times throughout the day.

Is this a known issue? Or is it just my unit? I may need to return it tomorrow.

It's not a common issue. I suggest you return it.

I would just want to ask. I'm experiencing the same problem, but just bought the phone without the plan, and my phone is out of warranty. What can you suggest? Thanks

See if you can put insurance on your line, wait 30 days, and exchange it. Did you buy the phone outright from the carrier? If so then it has a one year warranty no matter what even if you don't have insurance.
