Blackberry Tour 9630 Wont Turn On

my blackberry randomly flashed a white error message then the screen went black .. after the screen went black the led flashed red four times over and over .. i then would do a battery pull and it would boot up normaly .. but the problem would keep happening. after about three hours of battling this .. it stopped. later that night as i plugged the device in to charge it happened again. now it just keeps blicking red even after i pull the battery and put it back in. i just recieved this phone refurbished from asurion (sprint insurance refurb people) today.. & its alredy messing up. PLEASE HELP CRACKBERRY !

But my blackberry does not match the "nuked" description , it wont even get to the booting cycle..

Doesn't matter it sounds nuked. That or check the battery contacts or a new battery.
