It still shows installed in Applications but cant find it anywhere on homescreen or any folder. Any idea? Does it have something to do with service book change? I recently downloaded a service book and installed it on my phone. My phones unlocked btw.
Since you mentioned downloading service books recently, go to Options/Advanced Options/Service Books and see if BlackBerry Maps are listed. If not, you're probably right in your assessment that it was not included in your service books download.
You'll need to get the service books from a backup or somewhere. I think your problem is that BB is unlocked & you're not getting BB Maps from your service provider.
