i took my phone out of my pocket today and the screen was black. i tried pulling out the battery and it starts up till the bar is full and right when verizon appears on the phone it goes black on the screen. Every once in a while the screen will light up again but the keyboard dosnt work and the trackball when moved just adds characters to the password space. Neither top buttons work and i have no idea how to fix it, i have tried too pull the battery many times. HELP!!!!
