Please I need as many help as I can get on my blackberry tour 9630. My bb was working perfectly until I thought I should update to OS 6.0. I followed the instructions on this page and it was loading util it gets to about 75% and stopped, I waited for about 3hrs and then disconnected. Right now I don't know what else to do. PLEASE HELP!!

There is no OS 6 for the 9630. You must use an OS for the 9630 on it.

Thank you for your help. I download Version 5.0.0 as you directed me and still having the same problem. When it gets to about 75 to 80% of loading applications it will freeze.
