    Anyone else experiencing this?

    On my Tour, I can't access VZW's BIS via a browser to configure it - only via the device. This is kind of stupid.

    Solved - you have to create a username/password from within the device-based app.

    Unfortunately the app is goofed, since it blows up when attempting to go to the next email account (I had 5 configured and the app crashed after entering the password for each one).

    This didn't help me - thanks for the obvious. I know the site, dude, since this is my fifth BlackBerry.

    The PROBLEM is that if you configure email accounts from the device FIRST, you do not have a browser-accessible account.

    You have to set a username from within the device-based app, THEN you can go to the site above.

    I ran into this problem yesterday, called VZW and had them set up my account, problem solved.
