    wen i synch the Tour with outlook it will transfer all the info from outlook to the phone but then it erases the calander in outlook...just the calander...the contacts, emails, and tasks are still in outlook but the calander is completely empty...

    now i can go in to options---advanced options---service books and if i delete the "<email_address> [CICAL]" from the service books list and resynch the phone it all goes back to normal...but then every time i try to synch te phone again have to go back through all the same steps to get it to work...

    i need to find a way to fix this because this is my bosses phone and i hate having to do this every day...and this is on a networked system to...please help

    after a hard reset, sending service books, reconfiguring outlook...everything works lol
