bell CDMA cant update PRL

hi i have a bell canada BB 9630... im 400 km from where there is coverage. i found out i needed to be at prl 31414 righ now im at 31408

i tried doing ptions -> mobile network -> BB (menu key) -> update preferred list
i dont have the update option. bell tells me they need to push the prl, but they cant do it on BB.

is there a trick to update the prl thru internet with a crack or something??

help would be extremely appreciated
