Default BB Tour will not start up!
People who are a lot smarter than me! I could use your help.
I tried down loading BBaps through the USB and now I can not get this thing turned on. I went to HQ for tech but no help. I tried the battery pull and nothing but the red led. I get the pic of the fully charged battery and at times the white clock will appear. Any tips?
