hey maybe its me..but i received my new tour from verizon (old one broke) and the keyboard still does not seem "broken" in?? i dnt understand i use it all the time but the keys are still difficult and hard to press...maybe im just too picky LOL
My gf received a new phone but the plastic lining under the keys was improperly placed and made weird sound/feeling when pressing the buttons. She exchanged it for a good one. I wouldn't be surprised if you're experiencing a similar issue.
I've had my Tour since October, and it didn't start feeling broken in until about a month ago. It's a little better, but with the use I've given it, it will probably always feel somewhat stiff.
