    I've had my tour for a week and the asterik won't clear in my SMS folder even though I have no new messages. Support told me to take off the battery cover and remove the battery to reset my BB. I can't get the cover off, and I'm afraid to scratch/break anything! HELP!

    Flip the phone over.

    On the bottom of the phone you will see a chrome strip with a center section with a small slot in it.

    Use your fingernail to lightly press upwards towards the top of the phone towards the top.

    Then lift upwards to remove.

    The battery then removes from the top downwards.

    flip phone over

    point top of phone away from you

    use right thumbnail in the center chrome slot toward bottom of phone just push in and just pull up....simple after you do it once
