Try and go to your store and get your cover swapped out from another phone. If they have to open 5 boxes to get a good one make em do it.

i would take it back to store if u arent satisfied, or do wat i did and by a skin which hides the back door anyways and dont ever notice the slippage. also there is supposedly a new silver back door that u can order in the works. forget the link tho.

there are TONS of theads on this. your best bet is to exchange the phone and check the replacement to make sure you get a good one.
