Battery appears not to be charging, although it has the charging symbol. Goes completely dead, so I leave it plugged in overnight, still not charging or coming on. I have had some luck charging it in my car, but the wall charger and USB do not charge it at all. Now the car charger is not working either. Always had just a regular cell phone, and got this BB for Christmas, my first one ever! For the first few weeks of having this wonderful BB, it performed perfectly. But not now. I have took it to US Cellular and they said they could send me a refurbished phone (Which I am not happy about, since I just activated this one on 12/26/09), only had a new phone for less than a month and now I am stuck with NO phone.

Wondered if anyone else has this problem...

I had a similar problem. My phone would not charge on any of my chargers. My carrier is Verizon, so I went to the Verizon store and they gave me a new battery and now the problem is gone. You may want to try this as well, hope i was some help.
