I've read all the threads...have tried to push the green call button, then the BB button, then go to options>general, but no place can I find any settings to adjust the bass / treble of the in phone volume.

My previous Tour had it, but this one sure doesn't seem to?

This is a Mexico 9/9 Build with 4.7.1.40 if that makes any difference?

I really need to increase the treble.

Never mind....the new Theme I installed moved some of the adjustments around. I just found that if I click the BB sign while making a call, all of the sound options pop up right there.

call button > menu > options > general options > scroll down to enhance head/handset call audio
