I'm having an issue when i recieve a MMS file with multiple files in it or a file with any type of animation. when i first got my phone (Tour 9630), i thought this was normal and have dealt with it. A friend recently got a Tour from Verizon, mine is on Sprint, and i sent him a file, VIOLA it played with full animation!!! WTH, i have to hit menu, previous slide and repeat that till all slides r viewed!

I'm having the same problem. but then again, its never played on any of my sprint phones. haha.

it always worked on my Palm phones, just didnt on this one and i accepted it until i saw it worked on my friends Tour from Verizon

it doesn't work on my phone and I have been trying to find out if it is the masses or just a few of them
